Life-threatening Emergencies

If you are confronted with a life-threatening emergency such as severe chest pains, severe bleeding or unconsciousness you should telephone 999 for an ambulance before calling the surgery, or attend the nearest accident and emergency department immediately.

Nights, Weekends and Bank Holidays

When the surgery is closed a doctor is always on duty. If there is a problem that cannot wait until the surgery is open or needs an urgent home visit, please telephone the surgery on 020 8542 5201 and you will be given instructions on how to reach the duty doctor.

Out of hours services are provided by Croydoc. You may also contact NHS Direct on 0845 4647 or via their website at www.nhsdirect.nhs.uk. NHS Direct is confidential and can provide advice and information on:  what to do if you are feeling ill; health concerns; local healthcare services (eg dentists, out-of-hours pharmacies etc); self-help and support organisations.

NHS Walk-in Centre

The Tooting NHS Walk-in Centre can be found at Clare House in St George's Hospital on Blackshaw Road. No appointment is necessary.
